I've had a look at Viking just now and I dont see any existing problem with Viking. Viking is now running with our new Q6600 Servers so there absolutely nothing wrong with Viking.
You have a Dedicated IP for your
website hosting so there must be some confusion with the server address to be defined in IMAP connection string so please use your domain name only in connection string instead of mail.yourdomain.com as that might be the problem.
