Hi,
Do you have Microsoft ASP, SSI installed/enabled on your server? Refer this link :
http://kb.swsoft.com/en/478 once this is done follow these simple steps:
Login to server [RDP] as 'administrator' > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > SwSoft Plesk > Click Change > 'Scripting Components' > Check ASP & SSI as enabled.
ColdFusion won't be enabled, as it requires an expensive license.
Login to Plesk as 'admin' > click on the specific Client name > Permissions > Enable the check boxes for Microsoft ASP, SSI support.
Then try creating/applying the templates now.
