Is there a reason why you chose to buy
web hosting in the first place? Do you have a
website hosting you wish to load into the space?
If you have a web site hosting waiting to be uploaded then do so via ftp (filezilla is a great free ftp client) using the FTP login details supplied by eukhost.
Otherwise, learn some basic html and create your own index.html page and replace the existing one - again via ftp.
There is a decent open source (that essentially means free) program for helping you create web pages,
