Those who run single website and dont need support will always stay with Godaddy so they have nothing to loose. They will be biggest hosting company even if one 1 of 100 domain customer orders 1 dedicated server. many customers give preference to brand name and it makes no difference to them even if their ticket is replied after 2 - 3 days
