I did not change default settings. POP 110, SMTP 26. I hope you're not using AVG antivirus. Maybe your ISPs DNS is not updated yet. In that case IP in place of outgoing/incoming should've worked. Try to ping mail.gwlogic.co.uk it should resolve to 91.186.0.3 If not, the DNS has not propaged to your ISP yet.
