WHM and cPanel do make it really easy to set up and administer resold accounts, plus the customer gets access to cPanel which makes them feel warm and fuzzy I find!
The downside to reselling hosting; you have to provide support. This has the potential to be a real time-sink - depending on the customer, of course. Although I believe eUKHost have some sort of 3rd party reseller support thingy going on (

Even with the support it's not a terrible idea, at my old work place we more than covered the cost of 3
VPS Hosting' by reselling the hosting.
