I have got to agree whole heartedly with you Nige. Being one of the richest and biggest companies in the world you would think they could at least organise a decent
website hosting. I mean most of us arn't rich and arn't even companies yet we come up with fairly decent
website hostings and customer support!!
I have got to say my opinion of BT / Yahoo! has gone down dramatically since the start of this topic.
