Support Desk Down!
Dear Customers,
We have had our helpdesk system crashing twice in the past 24 hours! The server administrators team tried to rebuilt it but to no avail untill now. Our replies & responses to all emails sent to the respective support teams & services teams would get delayed.
Welcome emails which are sent to our clients would also get delayed as a result of this. Our senior most admins are trying to fix this up as soon as possible. Thank you.
