When I installed MSSQL 2000 Server inside of
VPS Hosting, component "Full-Text Searching" was not installed or did not work.
There is possible delay before Text Search feature become available after SQL Server installation . The delay might be 5-10 minutes, and it usually happens on HW nodes with high load average (about 40 or more
VPS Hostings on a node).
