Well actually it was fully your fault. I changed nameservers because you told me to! Why wouldn't I?
I've also now got a problem with another domain which isn't resolving correctly, so I've re-opened the ticket again.
I know that mistakes happen, but this has cost me many hours of trying to work out whats going wrong, opening tickets, checking results, and changing nameservers. Not to mention the disruption to my
website hostings. All because of an email which I should never have been sent!
