Yes, I realise I'm shouting but I am SO ANGRY that eukhost are so incompetent as to make these changes to a domain that was working perfectly before, so as to break the domain. This is not just run of the mill technical failures, or bad luck, this is out and out reckless incompetence!
LEAVE THE SETTINGS ALONE!

Those records were added 2 weeks back and DNS service had no errors when it was restarted after TXT records were inserted. I am not sure why suddenly your domain had such problem but there was absolutely nothing wrong on Liverpool.
Email service is stable now on all our windows servers so it would be better if you allow us to move your mail service back on liverpool again. You are facing problems due to this custom mail solution and it would be better if we make setup of your account as all other customers have.
