As per my post in the other thread, I'll stay put for 2 days - But the core problem here is that it's eukhost's job to understand why these things happen. You may not always know
exactly why things go wrong, but for the services that you provide as part of your core business activity to repeatedly fail, and your only answer is "no clue" is not very good procedure.
As I've said elsewhere, eukhost seem to be continually firefighting - rushing to sort a problem here, only to create another on the way to the scene, only to then break something else on the way back.
It's not a good way to run a business. Even if you actually are firemen!
