That's why I gave the link to another thread that explains it in a lot more detail! Yes it's a load of pages — sorry!

For more direct assistance over this (and because eUKhost knows which domain(s) you might be referring to and which server(s) might be involved) I suggest you open a ticket to ask them to sort it out — unless YOU have a reseller account you can't change your DNS records and, depending who is the registrar of your domain(s), you might not be able to add the required record(s) there either — you've provided insufficient info here ...

If you're talking cPanel and Linux hosting, just add forwarders for any email address to be sent to multiple destinations — I presume that's what you require? Again, examples would have been useful ...
