Sorry to hear about your problems Nige and ledeanio. As Josh has said, the business plan guarentees 100% uptime which I am sure would improve your situation and also I can personally vouch that there is good uptime if you have your own server - after all, you are in control of everything then . I hope that you don't encounter anymore problems .
