Yes, you are able to upgrade your reseller plan painlessly and no downtime or data loss will be experienced. If the point comes that you are on the top reseller package and you need more resources then you will be able to upgrade to a VPS Hosting or dedicated server painlessly as well - as the senior admins will be able to copy all your data over without any loss.
