Basically, all isntalled software via cpanel which was done pre move to hawk shows no notice that it needs to be updated, but I receive email about it. That is coppermine, calendar, live support and whatnot.
Anything I have installed after the move does show updates, though I have nothing currently installed since updates right now.

This has been sorted. claytonnewmexico.net is using nameservers of yorkshire.eukhost.com so its account was never terminated from Yorkshire. I have left DNS zone of claytonnewmexico.net on Yorkshire to stop this notifications as you were getting those notifications from Yorkshire and not from hawk.
