I would suggest, you should go for
VPS Hosting instead of new Shared account.
VPS Hosting will provide Dedicated environment with more resources & features with customization.
Do not worry about your unbilled Shared account, we will take care of it. If you go for up-gradation the unbilled amount of your existing plan is adjusted in new plan & you need to pay rest amount only.
