I would like to second this. Mark suggested I upgrade to a VPS a few months ago and after just having to deal with WHM and cPanel in a reseller before hand, I have been on a steep learning curve with a load of things being thrown supports way! Everything seems to have settled down now though and I haven't had anything majorly wrong since my migration to a new VPS (an email issue with the first one). I can't praise support enough. They did all the migration and have sorted any little tweaks for me. Hopefully I've now got to the stage where I can start doing things myself but I know I always have the amazing VPS Support team there when I need them!
