I have a few questions on my mind that you can help me with.
1. I am trying to build or better yet, move my old forum to a new hosting company.
there is a short story behind this. not the time for it now... this is a result of a misunderstanding of the hosting company, my friend who registered everything in his name and might keep everything with him.. however, i had created a backup of the forums.. now the
website hosting is currently down. my friend has no interest in the forums because its about my hometown and he's not from there.
anyway, the question, if i set up the forum on your
web hosting company and my friend tried to contact you in anyway, will my
website hosting get deleted? I can discuss further details with any admin here about the situation in private if they asked so.
2. i want to host pictures and maybe audio or video.. besides the forum this could be in the future.. can i upgrade from gold if i chose to?
3. my database is in arabic charset.. when i import the database, will i encounter problems with charset of mysql? I believe latin charset will be needed for this part?
