website hosting are using too much memory when I know this is impossible...
If you compromise the security of your servers without notifying your customers of the increased risks, and refuse to reverse your decision...
Then I do not agree that these issues are being addressed diligently.
And I think that other customers and potential customers should be aware of these issues.
Sometimes my tickets are answered quickly. Sometimes they are not. But if the response is not a solution, then it doesn't matter how quick it comes.
I never mentioned the server being slow. Unless you're claiming that's why it took you three hours to get one of my
website hosting back up...
