This is a discussion board, but only for basic issues which don't require the end user to give out too many details. Your issues on the other hand are server side meaning that it is best if they are discussed via a ticket.
Please open a ticket for the issues that you are facing since it is not suitable for them to be discussed openly.
If you have a problem with any members of staff then please take it up with Nick or Mark, their MSN and normal email addresses are available within their signatures. If you have a problem with the server itself then please open a ticket so that you can be migrated to another server, or if you have special requirements which can't be fulfilled on shared hosting then please upgrade to a
VPS Hosting or semi-
dedicated server.
For any further issues that you have, please take it up with a senior member of staff or open a ticket; they should not be discussed openly.
