Guys, you must still learn the art of effective customer service - make sure you all tell the same lie or the same truth. Either way, be consistent!
After the problems earlier, eUK are looking into ways of improving this side of things but it's a case of working out who's going to be dealing with it on here and making sure it get's done. Obviously if you make it a tech person they're not going to be taking time to fix things so it's finding the right person. But as I say, it is being worked on.

And with any problem, you have to do some digging to get to the bottom of things. And when it comes to computers, when one thing goes wrong, it can send lots of other things with it which seems to be the case with the DNS here.
