98% is too less. I would say that you should expect at least 99.5% uptime as you never know when you would be loosing a big potential customer on your
business website hosting. Uptime of http, MySQL Server and email service is most important and this 3 services should never fail. I was reading a post in some other thread where a customer of that webhosting company mentioned that he lost a contract worth $1Million which came through email and email service was down on the server on which he was hosted when that email was suppose to come.

True. You cant expect a lot when you are paying very less for your web space but with eUKhost you should expect more than any other
shared hosting service provider. We feel proud to say that our
shared hosting customers get uptime more than what some
dedicated server customers of other datacenters get. I keep on checking forums of some well known datacenters and customers have mentioned regular downtime over there. It seems like people start datacenters but they cannot afford to purchase power backups after investing so much in setup of DC
