I don't actually work for eUKhost so on that one, you wouldn't be able to ring me. I do think however if you contact support (via the ticketing thing I outlined before) and say you want to change your primary domain with them to abc.com rather than abc.net, they should be able to do it. It requires some changes on the server which I don't think you can do from your end. After that, you can then make the URL forwarding you need to and that should hopefully be that.
