Talking Thanks Martin, Jack and Everyone at Eukhost

Well after working with DNN for over two years now, I can still get myself into a bind just when I think I've got it figured out...

Recently, I messed up some settings on my DNN web site hosting E4LMovieTrailers.com and totally locked myself out because of deleting some Friendly URL's (the bottom 2 on a default install of DNN)

I had a backup from a week ago but had installed and made a lot of changes since then. Of course I didn't think my little delete session would have as drastic a result as it did but hey... I'm not a programmer and didn't understand the repercussions....

I took up a lot of Martin's time and he got me back up and running effortlessly.

I moved to Eukhost from PowerDNN. They are great too but I get my hosing at Eukhost cheaper now and the Live Support is very responsive and resolves issues as they appear and is where you have your advantage over other hosts that stick strictly with phone and support ticket systems.

I'm pleased with the speed of the sites and I'm only on a shared hosting account.

Hey I'm way over in Canada and I use Eukhost. I've not found a greater value for the money in Canada or the US.

I've moved through a lot of web hosting companies and so I have a lot of experience with regards to moving sites and interaction with support personnel. Eukhost has really great, knowledgeable support tech's that impress me over the others I've been to through my past.

I don't know how you can offer such great prices and service but... I just wanted to offer my congratulations on a great service!

Sincerely,
Robert Barbeiro
