Do you import the SQL Server dump file from phpMyAdmin [PMA] ? We do it from the SSH directly I've seen certain issues with PMA related to the size of the dump [.SQL] file. SSH doesnt have any such restrictions Also, we're always ready to do any sort of DB restorations or backups for our clients...
