I know exactly what you mean there.

A friend of mine is with another host and I with Eukhost. He has alot of problems arising and always needs to contact his hosting, with a waiting of no less than a day. I always tell him to go to Eukhost but declines the offer.
Another example is that when we both had the same problem, they actualy made him pay $10 for it get fixed, where I had mine done for FREE!
Anyway, yep good customer service. Thumbs up!
