Default What package to upgrade from Platinum?

Hi there,

I've been using my Platinum package for just under a year now and I have to say as I always do, I'm well impressed with the service so far.

You guys at EUK have managed to assist me in getting my web design business off the ground in it's first year of growth and I now find I'm going from strength to strength.

The website hosting's are flying in and I've got at least 6 more in the coming months to get through and develop as well as maintaining the current ones I have already completed.

So before I renew my Platinum package ( I highly recommend any newcomers to go for it, it's a great value for money hosting package ) I have a few questions as to what my next move will be as far as hosting packages here on EUK goes.

I've now got to the stage where I have many, many different website hostings hosted on my Platinum package. Obviously, if the server goes down for whatever reasons, all my website hostings follow suit and are offline for however long it takes to get the server back up.

So what package gets around that possibility?. Are there any that I can host seperate website hostings on and keep them all apart?.

Also, is it possible for me to have a hosting package that allows each website hosting owner/customer a seperate cPanel login so they can upload their own edited data to their website hosting on a regular basis?. At the moment I'm either updating clients website hostings manually once they contact me with what changes they require or I'm giving them copies of Adobe Contribute in order for them to edit their own website hostings by themselves.

If one of the sales staff could post some options and suggestions for me I would be most grateful.

Finally, if I decide to go for a new hosting package here with you guys, what is involved in moving everything over to the new package from my current one?. Is it a smooth transition and does it only take a short time to move everything over?.

Thank you in advance of any replies and I look forward to being an EUK customer for another year!!!.
