You can set up accounts for each individual client. Say for example you had Google and Microsoft as clients. You would give them each individual accounts. Inside there, they could create addon domains for their .co.uk addresses which would be supplemental to their .com one. They wouldn't know they were on the same server as they would have no access to everyone elses account.
