hi..

i have semi dedeicated package with eukhost.Up to now service has been perfect.

Recenlty our server was moved from sutherland to firefly as we needed access to php functions which were disabled on sutherland.

Since the move we have been having issues with ssl on our sites.It only happens when firefox is used as a browser.I have been on live support, raised ticket and spoken to your helpdesk but the problem is still there.

Last time i spoke to the helpdesk which was few minutes ago the person on the other end sounded sleepy and i couldnt even hear him and he put the phone down.

i had very good service from eukhost till now and it will be a shame to ruin it all beacuse of this one issue..


My ticked numbers are #MPU-36959-521.Can some one please reply with answer that makes sense and fix this issue.
