It would be better to open a ticket for our support staff from our
Support Helpdesk. Forum posts are answered by Sales department and support department has to give top priority to helpdesk.
We dont advertise 10 min or 15 min response time guarantee but we do answer more than 90% of the tickets in less than 10 mins. It can take 30 mins to 1 hour incase the the ticket is complicated to answer.
