Ive just done this after a conversation with Alan in support. He helped me get everything set up on the VPS end.
I went back into 123reg and altered the DNS settings for my domain, i didnt add new records though, i just changed the existing two ip addresses. was this wrong?
the first was @ A record
the second was www A record
Hopefully ive done it right, i guess its a waiting game now until it propogates.
