PHPBB3 is very different to 2 but its really good. Just takes time to learn is all.

Just edited to add I thought you meant a sig, Thomas is correct  . But if you are wanting to just replace the default PHPBB3 logo you can just just create your own the same size as the one htat is there and upload it with the same name and itll replace it. |
If you are using phpBB3 and edit the template files - be sure to refresh the template cache from the admin panel
