I would say a good webhosting is one where you don't wait more than 3 days for your purchase to be activated, and where you get more than a standard automail response for a support question.
Unfortunately, both the above are true of my experience with this company, eukhosts- no response to support questions, live chat (24 hrs it claims) not available on any of the occassions I've tried.
No doubt this post will receive a much quicker response than my support requests (removal), but if someone reads it first then maybe it will have some effect.
I should have searched the web looking for complaints before I signed up - I've done it since and there are plenty- more fool me. Yes- its cheap but just proves you get what you pay for...
