For your information I would like to mention that we performed upgrade on our helpdesk on 25th October 2006 and there was some problem with incoming tickets and signup notifications on 25th as well as 26th.
Your IP seems to be from singapore and so far we dont have any customers from Singapore. You have chosen a free email address to signup on our forum so I am not sure if you wish to hide your identity or there's some specific intention in posting this thread under pre-sales queue.
Please provide us with your domain name that you had chosen to signup or a ticket number for reference. also let us know why you are in Singapore as we dont have any customers in Singapore.
