0 downtime is possible in this case as well. All you need to do is get your data copied on our servers and then restore all the databases. Setup all mailboxes manually and verify everything with temporary URL which should be like
http://IP-address/~username/
Once everything looks perfect then proceed with nameserver changes. H-Sphere to cPanel migration process has to be done manually from your end as there's no tool to migrate H-Sphere accounts to cPanel. We've done H-Sphere to cPanel migration for some of our shared servers in 2003 and 2004 and I know how painful it is to do everything manually
