The thread title sums it up nicely but I will waffle on a bit anyway. Within the next few months we will be opening an office in the Leeds area and there will be some vacancies available for the right people. Experience with webhosting is essential and any previous sales or support experience will be advantageous.
Job 1: Duties will include taking inbound sales calls, occasional outbound sales calls (requested by potential customer). No cold calling involved. Dealing with sales requests via live chat and tickets will also be required.
Job 2: Duties will include inbound and outbound telephone support to our hosting clients. Good technical knowledge is vital. Dealing with support requests via live chat and tickets will also be required.
Rates of pay will be dependent on experience but it will be in excess of the National Minimum Wage. eUKhost also offers a wide range of benefits to our top performers. This would be in the form of cash incentives, gift vouchers or even free computer equipment.
