You think I'm hiding behind an anonymous registration. So I re-register with a traceable email

- I register to forums using free email simply to cut down the volume of spam I get - I know that everybody tells you they won't give out lists of addresses, but my experience is that somehow addresses I use on forums end up generating spam... we'll see

Ok so you're right - you don't have a customer in Singapore. However, my father is managing this website hosting for me and he's currently working in Singapore. Does that clear things up?

Is there a specific intention posting this under pre-sales? No- except that this is an active thread so I presumed somebody from your company would be watching it. I think the response from yourselves is lacking- I recieved an email from you acknowledging payment and promising activation within 24 hrs - that was on 27th Oct. I sent an email after 24 hrs and recieved just a standard automated reply - I'm still waiting for a reply to that from an actual person.
...This is important pre-sales info. If my case is unusual and not what customers should expect from you then you can reply and explain what the problem is with this particular instance. So far the only part of the process which happened smoothly was your acceptance of my payment.

We have now managed to speak to someone via chat (Ben) and he has apologised and promised the website hosting would be up and we'll receive details in 15 mins. However that was two hours ago and guess what... still waiting

My father searched for UK hosting services for me and your deal seemed the best, but his experience with the other service he's used (based in Canada) is that the website hosting resources were available within 4 hours of payment, and domain was active within 24hrs.

Your service (which is similarly priced) does not compare favourably. I'm not going to name that service in your forum - that would be unfair, but eukhost can track it if you want - its the same service that provides the domain for my email address.

Sort this out (please!) - I don't want to name my domain on the forum, but my purchase invoice no. was 8359 Oct 27 (4 days and counting) - you can identify it from that.
