I was looking in our merchant account for any customers from Singapore and I found no one. I had a look at your payment in our merchant account and it was flagged by 2co as you had specified address of UK and the payment was made from Singapore.
Our billing system will never send the welcome email if the payment gets flagged by our gateway and our billing department has no authorization to setup any account that seems to be fraudulent. I feel bad for you as you must have never known this things but for your information I would like to clarify that internet scam and fraud has increased so much recently that no other hosting company or merchant would accept payment that seems to be fraudulent.
Vallery had replied to your ticket AMX-28302-579 on 28th October to verify your contact address as we can update our merchant account with 2co with a notification telling them that you are a genuine customer and your order should be passed. You never replied to the ticket.
If you make a account on our helpdesk from
http://support.eukhost.com with your gmail address then you can see the ticket in history of your tickets. We also call our customers for verification but that was not done in your case as you never replied to Vallery.
I'll suggest you to forget all that has happened so far as the basic reason for this problem was flagged payment from our gateway. Please make sure that you open tickets from
http://support.eukhost.com only and not our billing system.
