I like the way you peeps run your web hosting here and the support, but i have a few questions that i cant seem to find the answer to.
1. Do you have iconcude installed ?
2. How many sites are on each server
3. Do you know of any possible problem i would have with emials being blocked bu AOL/Hotmail etc
4. Do you have a sending limit for emails ( i send 4 newsletters a year to my 8,000 members)
5. Can i pay with Paypal?

Here are the answers for your queries.
1.Ioncube is the correct term. Yes, we have them on all our shared servers.
2. We do not host more than 500
website hostings on our shared servers
3.AOL and others of its ilk block emails when they are unsolicted, have objectionable content or because of too many emails being sent from the same host without reasons. If your email has any one of these above condiitions applicable to it, not only would they be blocked, but also the subnet on which the
website hosting is hosted stands the risk of being blacklisted.
4.On our shared servers, customers are restricted to 250 out going emails per hour. ON a
VPS Hosting, its 500 mails per hour.
5. We do accept paypal payments.
