Mark should be expected in picture only if something fails to work as expected. We've given responsibilities to our other staff members as well and they have given their 100% in last couple of months which is good for growth of eUKhost. You can see support staff answering threads from support forum within no time. I hope you can now easily differentiate between eUKhost and other hosting companies
