I`m looking for some decent ticket support software and was wondering which flavour you guys use at
http://support.eukhost.com , I initially thought it was Kayako e support but it looks different, I suppose it could just be a CSS skin but as I`ve seen the exact same skin with an alternate
VPS Hosting host I use I suspect it`s a different product.
Any other suggestions you guys have about any commercial alternatives which are easy to navigate from a users perspective would also be appreciated.
I`ve had a look at a lot of the open source or free ones and they just don`t seem to be as well featured.
