Hi Naveen,
This error relates to a ChatControl.DLL not being found in the application. I'd recommend you to recompile the application & republish it onto the server, making sure that the virtual directory it resides in is set to use the correct ASP.Net version the application is built on. Also, check that the DLL file is copied off properly in the /bin directory in the same folder the application is setup on. Let me know if you still face the same or other problems..
