I've logged a number of support requests via the online chat regarding the speed of my
VPS Hosting (#1185) over the past week or so and I'm still having problems.
Every so often the
VPS Hosting will stop responding and have high cpu usage, this may last a few minutes but has lasted up to 30 minutes. I run a very light
dedicated server for a racing league (uses 1-5% cpu and 20mb ram) and the
VPS Hosting had one of its wobbles in the middle of a 2 hour race, this is not acceptable!
In my last live chat I asked about moving to another server and they said i would have to manually migrate my data and receive new IP addresses. This seems a bit odd to me, if EUKHOST’s not running the virtual hard disks from a SAN then I would have expected support to only move the virtual hard drive to another server, not hand out new IPS etc, can someone clarify on that?
The ip address of the hop before mine is 91.186.25.2, has anyone else on that node noticed any problems?
