It seems like no one except him seems to think eUK is about to disappear after April. And VAT is an interesting one. If you're under £64,000 (it might be £67,000 but around that figure) in UK turnover then you're VAT exempt and so therefore don't need to be registered. I know my partnership doesn't have to be until we start making it bigtime! Lol.
Going back to this though, all of the stuff seems to be rubbish. The stuff about accounts on companies house has been explained, Bluesquare aren't aware of anything and as said before, it seems like someone with a grudge!
