Some of what he says is correct, concerning accounts - but the implications of his information doesn't necessarily mean the company is in any trouble. A limited company's accounts is easy enough to obtain, but unless you know the financial structure and all sub companies etc then its difficult to make any judgement on financial status.
As for the 'accurate' sources of his other information... god knows who they are lol. Bloke-down-the-pub syndrome there me thinks!!
