That might be a little harsh. The poster is clearly disgruntled and, after looking into Eukhost finances that are publicly available he's seen a Dormant account. Couple this with his issues with VAT, which appear to be little more than filing a vat return for a period prior to when Eukhost was VAT registered (I could be wrong here - just the impression I got) - this of course got returned to him because the VAT number for Eukhost didn't tally with the time period. So he's gotten annoyed. We've all done it over something in our lives. He then felt the need to spread his concerns in a forum - again a natural thing to do.
Where the post becomes sketchy is when he starts quoting his supposedly accurate sources - he may well have been told these things by someone, but its highly debatable how accurate they are.
The positive thing about the .net thread is that no one has jumped to any conclusions, they have simply been triggered to research Eukhost (myself included) to determine the state of the company, and the general consensus is there's nothing to worry about. By the end of the thread (so far), I think Eukhost has come out looking ok
