We were notified today that our
VPS Hosting has been suspended despite having paid in advance and payment not due for another week. We were informed "Currently your
VPS Hosting is suspended. I am forwarding this ticket to our Management. They will get back to you as soon as possible."
But I'm still waiting for management to respond. The matter is urgent and your staff won't discuss the matter further.
