It's rather drawn out and complicated. The original thread claimed we were under various investigations, they were quickly proved to be rubbish.
As for the most recent thread, they were suspended for the original thread and although he made some good arguments to put the blame elsewhere, the obvious lies in the thread (about the account owner) ultimately confirmed our decision. Upon further investigation it seems the company he signed up under doesn't exist and the phone number given goes straight to voicemail.
However, never let it be said we are unfair. We have refunded every payment the guy has ever made to us and have also unsuspended his
VPS Hosting until the 13th.
