EUKHost offer a 99.95% uptime guarantee. What period does this cover (i.e. is it per day/week/month, or averaged out over a longer period)? What happens if this isn't attained? The only reason I ask is because after complaints from clients about periods of downtime on my
VPS Hosting I've set up a monitoring service, which has reported only 98% uptime over the past 4 days.
I've put in an email about this to support so my personal issue should be being dealt with, but I just wanted clarification on the downtime policy so that it's clear to all.
